Risk & Regulatory Disclosures
Important information about CrediFi scores, wallet analytics, financial credentials, blockchain systems, and crypto assets.
1. CrediFi is not a bank
CrediFi Score (Pvt) Ltd is not represented on this website as a bank or insured depository institution. Funds or crypto assets are not FDIC insured merely because a CrediFi product or website is used.
2. CrediFi is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser
Website content is general information and is not investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Nothing on this site is a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security, crypto asset, or other financial product.
3. CrediFi Score is not a traditional consumer bureau score
CrediFi Score and Wallet Score are on-chain reputation metrics calculated from public Robinhood Chain evidence under the published CrediFi methodology. They are not represented as FICO scores or scores issued by a traditional consumer reporting bureau.
Unless CrediFi expressly provides a separate compliant service in writing, CrediFi data may not be used to determine eligibility for consumer credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or analogous law.
4. Scores can be incomplete or wrong
A live score depends on available Robinhood Chain state, indexed transaction coverage, token-balance coverage, methodology version, and timing. Indexers can lag, fail, or return incomplete data. A high score does not guarantee repayment, honesty, solvency, asset value, or future performance.
5. Blockchain privacy and immutability
Public blockchain data may be permanently visible and can be combined with other information. Transactions can be irreversible. Users should avoid unnecessarily publishing personal financial information on-chain.
6. $CREDIFI and crypto-asset risk
Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may lose all value. Risks include smart-contract vulnerabilities, market manipulation, low liquidity, regulatory change, technical failures, bridge or wallet compromise, token impersonation, phishing, tax consequences, and loss of private keys.
7. No guarantee of token utility or market
There is no guarantee that $CREDIFI will maintain a market, be listed on any exchange, retain a particular utility, have a particular market value, or be supported by any third-party wallet or platform.
8. Third-party launchpad
The Buy button can direct you to Pons Family Launchpad. CrediFi does not control that third party's availability, security, pricing, eligibility, transaction execution, or terms. Review the third party's terms before using it.
9. Robinhood Chain independence
CrediFi is an independent project. References to Robinhood Chain identify the blockchain network. CrediFi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates.
10. Sanctions and unlawful activity
Users are responsible for complying with sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax, and other laws that apply to them. CrediFi services may restrict or refuse use where required by law, risk policy, or third-party service rules.
